Official Housing Data Collection, Bali Ministry of Law and Human Rights Focuses on Status Conversion and Asset Maintenance
Denpasar – The Bali Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights conducted data collection and inspections of official housing on Saturday (September 6, 2025). The activity was directly led by the Head of the Bali Regional Office, Eem Nurmanah, along with her staff, as part of the process to support the status conversion of State-Owned Assets (BMN) within the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
The team involved in this activity consisted of the Head of the Legislation and Legal Development Division, the Head of General Affairs and Administration, as well as functional officials managing BMN and household affairs of the Regional Office. Data collection was carried out by inspecting several official housing locations situated on Jalan Dahlia, Jalan Kebo Iwa, and Jalan Kemuda, Denpasar.
On this occasion, the Regional Office Head inspected 31 housing units to assess their physical condition and conduct an inventory of the units planned to be transferred to the Directorate General of Immigration, the Directorate General of Corrections, and the Ministry of Human Rights.
In addition, the Regional Office Head instructed BMN managers and the Household Team to update data by uploading the latest photos of each housing unit into the State Asset Management System (SIMAN) application. She also emphasized the importance of updating official decrees (SK) for housing placements to ensure they reflect the current factual conditions.
Furthermore, she urged all residents of the official housing to maintain cleanliness and order in their surroundings so that the facilities remain well-kept and support shared comfort.
"We are obliged to safeguard and maintain state assets as best as possible, including official housing," stressed Eem Nurmanah. (*)
