Banjar Police, Water and Air Unit of Gianyar Police Conduct Outreach at Masceti Beach Coastline
Gianyar – Personnel from the Water and Air Police Unit (Sat Polairud) of Gianyar Police carried out a community outreach activity along Masceti Beach, Medahan Village, Blahbatuh District, Gianyar Regency, on Thursday (September 11, 2025).
During the activity, Sat Polairud personnel, led by Aiptu I Dewa Mayun Arinata, delivered advisories to community members who were visiting or selling along the beach. Key points emphasized included staying alert while engaging in activities near the shoreline, maintaining personal safety, and prioritizing environmental cleanliness by not littering in the sea. In addition, the community was encouraged to work together in maintaining security, order, and comfort in the beach area.
The Head of Sat Polairud Gianyar Police, Iptu Ketut Nariawan, when confirmed, stated that this outreach activity is routinely carried out as part of the police’s efforts to maintain security in coastal areas.
“We continue to be present among coastal communities to provide guidance and education, particularly regarding safety while visiting or selling at the beach. Furthermore, we encourage people to care about the cleanliness of the sea and to jointly maintain a safe and conducive environment,” said Iptu Ketut Nariawan.
This outreach activity was positively welcomed by both vendors and tourists, who felt supported by the presence of the police in the coastal area. (*)
