The Chief of Bali Police Presents KPLB and Awards to 13 Bali Police Personnel

Denpasar – During a doorstop interview in front of the Bali Police Headquarters lobby, Head of Public Relations, Commissioner Ariasandhy, S.I.K., representing the Chief of Bali Police, announced that today, Thursday, September 11, 2025, Bali Police held a ceremony for Extraordinary Promotion (KPLB) and the awarding of the Bali Police Chief’s Commendation.

The KPLB and Bali Police Chief’s Awards were presented to 13 Bali Police personnel (2 received KPLB and 11 received the Chief’s Commendation) for their service and dedication during the handling of a demonstration (Unras) in front of the Bali Police Headquarters and the Provincial Parliament (DPRD Bali) office, which turned anarchic on August 30. As a result, the 13 personnel sustained serious injuries and required intensive hospital treatment, and are still undergoing outpatient care.

The presence of the police among the community, maintaining order and security during public activities that had become disruptive and anarchic, was a concrete effort to safeguard the sovereignty of the State from widespread security disturbances that occurred in several regions of Indonesia, including Bali.

The KPLB and the commendations reflect the attention and recognition given by the President of the Republic of Indonesia, through the Chief of the National Police, to police personnel who went above and beyond the call of duty in safeguarding public order and security (Kamtibmas).

The names of the personnel who received KPLB and the Bali Police Chief’s Commendation are as follows:

  1. I Wayan Harjana Ardi Putra, Rank Aiptu, Position: Banit Turjawali Satsamapta Polresta Denpasar – Promoted through KPLB to Ipda.
  2. Ida Bagus Nyoman Ari Suryana, Rank Brigpol, Position: Banit Unit 2 Subdit 3 Ditresnarkoba Polda Bali – Promoted through KPLB to Bripka.
  3. I Made Suadiana, S.H., Rank Briptu, Position: Banit Platoon 2 Kie 1 Sipasdal Subditdalmas Ditsamapta Polda Bali – Bali Police Chief’s Commendation.
  4. I Gede Agus Indrajaya, Rank Bripda, Position: Ba Ditsamapta Polda Bali – Bali Police Chief’s Commendation.
  5. Febryanto Siagian, S.H., S.I.K., M.Si., Rank Kombes Pol, Position: Policy Planner to the Chief of Police, Madya Level III, Bali Police – Bali Police Chief’s Commendation.
  6. Gede Adi Nugeraha, Rank Bripda, Position: Ba Ditsamapta Polda Bali – Bali Police Chief’s Commendation.
  7. Darma Aji, S.H., Rank Bripda, Position: Bamin Bagbinopsnal Ditpolairud Polda Bali – Bali Police Chief’s Commendation.
  8. Gede Angga Ardiasa, Rank Bripda, Position: Ba Ditsamapta Polda Bali – Bali Police Chief’s Commendation.
  9. I Wayan Sukadana, Rank Bripda, Position: Ba Ditsamapta Polda Bali – Bali Police Chief’s Commendation.
  10. I Putu Eka Aditya Dharma Putra, Rank Briptu, Position: Banit Platoon 3 Kie 3 Sipasdal Subditdalmas Ditsamapta Polda Bali – Bali Police Chief’s Commendation.
  11. I Putu Yoga Adi Putra Sanjaya, Rank Brigpol, Position: Banit Unit 2 Subden 4 Gegana Satbrimob Polda Bali – Bali Police Chief’s Commendation.
  12. Haryadi, Rank Aipda, Position: Acting Panit Siident Ditreskrimum Polda Bali – Bali Police Chief’s Commendation.
  13. I Wayan Wismulyana, Rank Aiptu, Position: Banum Subbagsenmu Bagpal Rolog Polda Bali – Bali Police Chief’s Commendation.

The awarding of these honors is expected to motivate Bali Police personnel and their units in carrying out their duties, while also strengthening public trust in the performance of the National Police.
