Handover of PPPK Employees at Kemenkum Held Simultaneously, 12 New Staff Strengthen Bali Regional Office
Denpasar – The Ministry of Law continues to support the government’s policy on structuring non-ASN (non-civil servant) employees through the appointment of Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK). In the 2024 Fiscal Year, a total of 673 people were officially appointed as PPPK within the Ministry, with 12 of them assigned to the Bali Regional Office of the Ministry of Law.
The PPPK handover ceremony was held simultaneously across Indonesia via Zoom Meeting, centralized in Jakarta, on Wednesday (01/10/2025).
In his remarks, Head of the Human Resources Bureau, Fajar Sulaeman Taman, emphasized that the appointment of PPPK is a strategic step to strengthen a more professional bureaucratic structure.
“PPPK employees are expected to reinforce bureaucratic reform and improve public services. Carry out this mandate with integrity, loyalty, and dedication,” he conveyed.
Meanwhile, at the Bali Regional Office, the PPPK appointment decrees were handed over directly by the Head of the Bali Regional Office, Eem Nurmanah, accompanied by the Head of the Legal Services Division, I Wayan Redana, and the Head of General Affairs, I Nengah Sukadana. On this occasion, the Regional Head stated that the presence of PPPK in Bali would bring new energy to strengthen governance in the legal sector.
“The 12 PPPK employees joining the Bali Regional Office are part of the new face of bureaucracy that will contribute to and strengthen organizational performance. We hope they can quickly adapt, demonstrate optimal performance, and uphold the spirit of integrity and loyalty,” said Eem.
With the addition of these PPPK employees, the Bali Regional Office is optimistic about further enhancing the quality of public services, particularly in the legal sector, and supporting the realization of an effective, efficient, and accountable bureaucratic reform. (*)
